U.S. Shipping
We offer free shipping (UPS Ground) for all domestic orders (U.S. only) over $100. We use UPS for all our shipments. We ship from our studio in Austin, Texas within 1-3 business days from receiving your order. You can choose to pay for expedited shipping such as UPS Next-Day Air, UPS 2-Day or UPS 3-day select. Please note that there are times when UPS can deliver a day later so please make sure you choose the best shipping option.
International Shipping
International orders use flat rates determined by weight. The customer is liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately can not be reimbursed or refunded by Brides & Hairpins. If you are unsure of the charges, please contact your local customs office to find out more information.
Returns
If you purchase Seel Return Assurance for eligible items in your order, you can learn more about the Seel Return Assurance policy here. If you do not purchase Seel Return Assurance along with your order, the order is subject to the standard return policy.
We accept returns within 10 days of you receiving the package, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance. If you purchase Seel Return Assurance, you have 30 days from the date of receiving your package to return for a refund to the original form of payment. Please email us at info@bridesandhairpins.com within the 10 days or 30 days (if you purchase Seel Return Assurance) of receipt with your order number and we will email you a return shipping label within 3-5 business days.
We will refund your order in full minus the shipping fees. Shipping costs both ways are non-refundable.
For returns made after our full refund period, from 10 days to 4 weeks of receiving your package, you will be charged a $80 late return fee per item returned, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance. After 4 weeks of receiving your package, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please ensure that you initiate your return within 30 days if you purchased Seel Return Assurance to receive a refund.
Please note that if you order more than 2 items, all items returned have a $10 per item charge. All of our headpieces, earrings, veils and belts are hand made and our collection is curated. We are a small business and each order takes our team a long time to prepare. You are not charged any item fee for your returns if you buy 1 -2 items.
To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Gift cards are non-returnable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 10 business days to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We process our returns twice a month only.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items marked "Final Sale" may not be returned or refunded, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@bridesandhairpins.com. Please note: Seel Return Assurance does not cover exchanges for damaged items.
