Caring For Your Piece

Your Brides & Hairpins accessory is made to last a lifetime with a little love.

Store your piece in the dust bag provided, away from direct sunlight and humidity.
Avoid contact with perfume, hairspray, and oils always put your piece on last.
Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wear to remove any residue.
Do not submerge in water or expose to harsh chemicals.
For pieces with pearls or crystals, handle with care their beauty is in their delicacy.

U.S. Shipping

We ship all orders from our studio in Austin, Texas within 1–3 business days. Free shipping is included on all U.S. orders over $100 (UPS Ground). Need it sooner?

Expedited options including UPS Next-Day Air, 2-Day, and 3-Day Select are available at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide on flat rates determined by weight. Please note that import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable by Brides & Hairpins.

If you're unsure of your local charges, we recommend checking with your customs office before ordering.

Returns

We accept returns within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition. To start a return, email us at info@bridesandhairpins.com with your order number and we'll send you a return label within 3–5 business days.

Refunds are processed in full minus shipping fees. For orders of 3 or more items, a $10 per item return fee applies.

Returns requested between 10 days and 4 weeks of receipt incur an $80 late return fee per item.

After 4 weeks, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

Sale items marked Final Sale are non-returnable.
